Furniture Row Companies completed the groundbreaking ceremony for its new Furniture Row Shopping Center location at 58th and I-25 in Denver, Coloradowith assistance from their NASCAR NEXTEL Cup driver Kenny Wallace.

Wallace demolished the existing Oak Express store in a 130,000 pound CATExcavator to clear the way for the

new 93,500 square foot Furniture RowCenter site.

The new Center will feature Sofa Mart, Oak Express,

BedroomExpressions and Denver Mattress specialty retail stores ganged together inone convenient, easy access shopping location.

Anticipated completion date for the Center is this winter.
