BROOKLYN, Mich. (June 11, 2010) -- Regan Smith will start 23rd in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Michigan International Speedway.

"We were looking for a better qualifying lap, but as it turned out it was more advantageous to go out early rather than late. We were initially excited about out 34th-place qualifying draw, but as I said, it didn't play in our favor. Our Furniture Row Chevrolet will ready come Sunday."
