Furniture Row Racing Online Purchase Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.FurnitureRowRacing.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery to our returns processing center, or to any Furniture Row store, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.

Per Tennessee law, the 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply in Tennessee.

The item must be returned in good condition free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind, in original packaging and with the packing slip to ensure full credit. Please also provide us your telephone number in the event we need to contact you. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by the processing center. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. You will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Limited Edition Replicas/Die-Casts are not returnable once they have been used, or removed from the original package.
